At The Magazine Fundraising Store, sponsors are able to purchase magazine subscriptions at the lowest publisher authorized prices. PLUS 40% of their purchase goes to your organization. Sponsors may also name the individual they are sponsoring. This helps your organization know who raised money, so credit can be given to that individual. For sponsors who prefer to order by phone, we can take care of phone orders any day of the week. Everything is taken care of by The Magazine Fundraising Store, so there is never a need for a sponsor to contact your organization before or after the sale.

Q. Does it cost any money to fundraise with The Magazine Fundraising Store?
A. No! It is free to register your organization and there are no hidden costs. Once registered share our site with everyone in your organization. They can then share the site with their family and friends. There is no minimum or maximum number of orders to remain registered.
Q. What types of organizations can do a fundraiser?
A. Fundraisers can be for church groups, daycares, pre-schools, elementary schools, classrooms, high schools, athletic teams, academic teams, college groups, bands, choir, girl scouts, boy scouts, businesses, small groups, large groups ……. Practically any group needing to raise money can do a fundraiser with The Magazine Fundraising Store.
Q. How can our organization register with you?
A. Registering is easy! Contact us via e-mail register@themagazinefundraisingstore.com or phone 502-836-9257. Include the name of the organization, contact person, address, phone number and/or e-mail. The address is used to send your check for 40% of your sales. You will be registered that day and can start sharing our site with your organization and all their family and friends!
Q. Do you have any promotional material to e-mail to friends and family?
A. Yes! Once registered you can request information to e-mail to family and friends inviting them to the website. A flyer can also be e-mailed or sent to you to copy and give to members of your organization.
Q. What percentage will our organization get of our total online sales?
A. Your organization gets fully, 40%.
Q. Is there a set time we have to do the fundraiser?
A. No! You can advertise our site all year long, and keep receiving a monthly check from us. Or, you can advertise our website heavily for just a few weeks if you need to get as much money as you can in a short amount of time. Once registered, you remain registered.
Q. Once registered, when will our organization receive money?
A. Checks will be sent out the first week of every month to organizations that have had people sponsor their organization. A list of individuals sponsored and total sponsored sales for each individual will also be included.
Q. Why do we need to know which individual in the group was sponsored?
A. It may not be necessary for you to know which individual was sponsored. The reason for putting an individual’s name is because many high school teams, or other groups, need each child to raise a certain amount of money (for a uniform or a trip for example). If they have the name of the child along with the total sale then the organization will know who has raised the amount needed. Also, often groups will give small prizes to the top seller in the group, or for every child who had someone sponsor them. Prizes are totally up to the individual organization.
Q. Do sponsors have to put in an individuals name?
A. No! Sponsors can simply type in “group” if they are not sponsoring an individual.
Q. Can sponsors only order online?
A. For sponsors who prefer not to order online, The Magazine Fundraising Store can easily be contacted by phone to place the order. Also, if a magazine cannot be found online, we have other magazines available that are not in our online catalog.
Q. Can relatives or friends living in a different state sponsor our organization?
A. Yes! Magazine subscriptions can be ordered from and sent to any state in the US.
