Q. I cannot find the magazine I want. How can I purchase a magazine not listed?
A. To purchase a magazine not available online, please contact us. We have other magazines available that are not in our online catalog.
Q. What percentage will my chosen organization get of my total online sale?
A. Your organization will get fully, 40% of your total sale.
Q. Why do I put an individual’s name, along with the name of the organization I am sponsoring?
A. It is not necessary to put an individual’s name if you want to sponsor the whole group. The reason for putting an individual’s name is because many high school teams, or other groups, want each individual to raise a certain amount of money (for a uniform or a trip for example). If they know the name of the individual sponsored, along with the total sale, the organization will know who has raised the amount needed. Also, some classrooms or groups will offer small prizes to individuals raising money.
Q. How long does it take for my subscription to start?
A. It can take from 6-14 weeks depending on the publisher and the number of issues per year of the magazine. Weekly subscriptions tend to start sooner than monthly or bi-monthly. Renewal orders extend existing subscriptions.
Q. It has been 12 weeks and I have not received my magazine. What do I do?
A. It can take orders 30 to 120 days to clear. If it has been over 12 weeks please contact us and we will find out more information about your order.
Q. Do you offer international delivery?
A. We only offer subscriptions to US customers presently.
Q. Can I ship to different addresses?
A. You can of course ship to a different address than your billing address.If you are ordering more than one subscription, and the additional magazines are not going to same address as the first, you can list in the order comments section at checkout where you want the additional subscriptions to go.
Q. Do you accept orders for renewals?
A. Yes! We accept orders for new and renewal. There are only a few magazines that are not available for renewal.
Q. Do subscriptions automatically renew?
A. No! The subscription has to be renewed by you. When you renew with The Magazine Fundraising Store, 40% will again go to your chosen organization. The chosen organization can be the same as your original organization or you can choose a new organization.
Q. Can I place my order by phone?
A. Yes! Contact us 502-836-9257 and we can take care of the order by phone.
Q. Can I pay by check?
A. Yes! Send your check or money order to the name and address on the Contact Us page along with the names of the magazines you are ordering. The order will be processed as soon as the check clears.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit cards, Paypal, check or money order.
Q. Is there a shipping charge on magazine subscriptions?
A. No! There is no shipping charge on magazine subscriptions.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Once an order has been processed we cannot refund money. If you are having a problem with your subscription please contact us.
